Just wanted to let you know when I went for my annual physical at the doctor’s office, my blood pressure went down to the recommended numbers. I turned 62 at the end of last month, and with a few tweaks of my diet and regular practicing, my pressure is now 126/80. At one point, I was 140/90. My doc was pleased when I told her about my Qigong exercises, since she herself practices yoga.
So thank you for the videos and encouraging us towards a healthier lifestyle.
